The donor motorcycle on this occasion has been a 2000 Triumph Legend TT, a classic-looking model with a tri-cylinder mechanics derived from the Thunderbird 900, which went through more pain than glory in the European market.
To give Pepo a second chance, it has printed its own style in all aspects of the bike, from its part cycle, to the design of it, through a set-up of its mechanics much more in line with its new purpose.
In this set-up, the engine has been completely revised, improving some points such as the intake of carburetors, which now equip DNA filters. The intake and exhaust ducts have been retouched, and along with the new exhaust system that combines Speed Triple manifolds with a silent SuperMario, has been improved the response of the engine, control at all times from the new fast gas fist Domino .
The chassis is another of the points that also receives important changes, seeing reinforced along with the rocker to gain more rigidity. The subchassis is another improvement point in this ‘Rocket 3’, basing its structure on a steel monotube reinforced at its angle with the chassis, and lightened by perforations.
